Youth and Discipleship Leadership focuses on intentional acts of Christian education wherever they might occur: in the home, in the sanctuary, during church fellowships, in the church classroom and anywhere else Christians influence other believers for the cause of Christ.

We lift up the following means of Christian education:
- Modeling How mature Christians can set an example of Christian living through personal involvement with those whom they serve.
- Discipling How Christians can win others to Christ, help them solidify their faith, and guide them into Spirit-filled living.
- Instructing How church teachers, parents and pastors can creatively teach the truths of the gospel.
- Incorporating How Christian education occurs when the body of Christ (all ages included) worships together: through the sacraments, testimonies, songs, giving offerings, praying for spiritual needs, reading Scripture, the operation of spiritual gifts, and so on.
